1. Try Help - Restart with add-ons disabled. If that works it's an
add-on causing the issue. If not, try #2.
2. Try a new profile. If that works you can migrate your settings and

But WOW, the links started working again on their own.
Some things can't be explained!
That would make me investigate further. That is NOT logical nor normal
behavior.
