I have updated to 2.24 and I'm receiving e-mail normally. Although, to
be sure, I no longer have any POP accounts; all my mail accounts
currently are IMAP.
WFM: SM 2.24, OS X Lion 10.7.5, POP3 and IMAP accounts all normal.
