Weather.com and SM issue

At weather.com you can add, remove and rearrange your, Manage Your 
Locations. I have six location and I can add and remove all these 
location except one. I delete the other and the screen updates and the 
deleted one is gone. However, this one when I delete it the screen 
update but it is still there. I can delete them all but this one. I 
suspect that there is a cookie somewhere that is not being deleted. Does 
anybody have any ideas?
