Hi All,

Since I upgraded to a newer version, I keep getting prompted
"preventing page from automatically redirecting to another page"
even if I've already clicked 'Allow" or closed [x] it..

To prevent this, how can configure it not to do it on certain Websites - or
turn it off altogether ??

Thanks,
Nick...

Edit - Preferences - Appearance - Content. Uncheck "Warn me when
websites ..."

Having installed the PrefBar extension, I created a checkbox to toggle
the preference. I did this because a certain Web site that I frequently
visited -- a news site -- would redirect the main page (U.S. news) to
another page (world news) while I was reading an article in another tab.

The strange thing was that the news site also made very annoying use of
JavaScript, and the redirection occurred only when I disabled JavaScript
(via another PrefBar checkbox). The site was redesigned to eliminate
that use of JavaScript, after which I no longer used either of those two
PrefBar checkboxes for that site. Yes, I still often disable JavaScript
for other sites; but they do not cause redirection.

Yes, a site can detect javascript disabled, but that's the first time I heard
of redirecting to a page that does not require javascript, and that is a good
idea.
