The inability to run installers to completion is often indicative of
virus and/or other malware infection. A full investigation with
Malwarebytes, Sophos Rootkit Remover, McAfee Stinger and other
target-specific anti-malware tools would be good. From an administrator
console, also run 'sfc /scannnow' to determine if there are systemic
issues that need to be resolved prior to running the SeaMonkey
installer. The usual 'chkdsk /f' probably wouldn't be a bad idea, either.
I have given up windows7 int the same disk as Linux, i will setup
windows on a virtual machine.
