Seamonkey 2.25 is now behaving the same as Chrome, in that cross-frame
scripting causes a Permission error when executed from the file system. Chrome
provides a start-up parameter, --allowFileAccessFromFiles to allow a developer
to quickly test his/her code without publishing to a Web server.

Is this a bug or a feature in Seamonkey 2.25?

I looked at the JavaScript options in about:config, but saw nothing that led me
to believe I could change this behavior back to the way it has always been
since Netscape 2.0.
