Are you sure you have the latest non-IE version of Flash installed?

On the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [Help > About Plugins].  On the
resulting display, you should see a section headed Shockwave Flash.
Underneath that header, you should see the following lines:
>     File: NPSWF32_12_0_0_77.dll
>     Path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_12_0_0_77.dll
>     Version: 12.0.0.77
>     State: Enabled
>     Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0

If you do not have the non-IE version, go to
<http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html>.
Download and install the Flash from the entry "Plugin-based browsers",
NOT from the entry "Internet Explorer".
