Hi,
on one of the computers I manage, I have seamonkey mail writing data
continuously on the NFS storage.
nethogs shows:
TID PRIO USER DISK READ DISK WRITE SWAPIN IO> COMMAND
8639 be/4 guillaud 0.00 B/s 21.56 M/s 0.00 % 38.51 % seamonkey -mail
and iftop confirms the io continuously.
I've setup seamonkey to consult the mail server only every 5 mn and disabled
automatic folder compression.
But no change....
Seamonkey is seamonkey-2.21-4.ESR_24.3.0.el6.x86_64.
