I'm having the same problem with my Yahoo email FAILING TO OPEN while using
SeaMonkey 2.25 on 4/12/2014. Double clicking or waiting does not help my
situation. The same problem occurs if I use IE. If I use Mozilla 28.0 I am able
to access my email. But I don't choose to use Mozilla ... I want SeaMonkey
fixed!

I'm getting fed up with Yahoo. I understand they want to turn it into Gmail. If
they plan on making so many changes why won't they give us direct support?

What options are there for browsers ... Mozilla, SeaMonkey, IE ... what else.
Perhaps I need to use a different browser.

I access Yahoo email via POP3/SMTP just like other email services. My settings are:

POP3 server: pop.mail.yahoo.com Port: 995
Username: MyName@yahoo,com
Connection Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication Method: Normal Password

SMTP server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com Port: 465
Username: [email protected]
Connection Security: SSL/TLS
Authentication Method: Normal Password

Perhaps this would work for you as well and you can give up on their web interface.
