Thank you for your thought. Sounded hopeful, but didn't work. Clicking
on the indicated "+" sign just gave me another copy of the line with the
"Copy To" and Destination drop-downs, unchanged.
But is there not a downwards-pointing black triangle to the right of
"Copy Message to", allowing you to select from a wide range of options
if clicked ?

Thanks for hanging in with me here. Yes, there is such a triangle, but
the "wide range of options" does not include "Forward To" (which I would
occasionally find helpful). I'd hoped for a "Customize" option, as there
is under "Subject", but there isn't one in this list.
Hoping that the selection sequence had something to do with it, I've
tried the "+" before opening the "Copy To" list, but just get another
row of the same two boxes. I tried the "+" after opening the drop-down
list, but that just closes the list back up.
A mystery! Does this option come from the profile? Maybe trying a change
there would help.
