Found it this morning. Installed it and so far it's working quite

  Thanks!

Neither Firefox, Thunderbird or SeaMonkey are in openSUSE 13.1 update
repository. They are in OBS - Mozilla repository, but I don't swing that
way.

Finally Thunderbird 24.4.0 and SeaMonkey 2.25 are available for openSUSE
13.1! ROFLMAO!

"An update that fixes 16 vulnerabilities is now available.

Description:

Mozilla Thunderbird was updated to 24.4.0. Mozilla
SeaMonkey was updated to 2.25."

Note to openSUSE. SeaMonkey 2.26 is scheduled for release on May 1

I have just installed 2.26 from the Mozilla repository. It is so new
that the Release Notes on
http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.26/ are for 2.24
Beta 2.

It probably still is a beta. :)

I expect my updates to be in the Update repository if not the same day as Mozilla releases, then a few days later.

Users shouldn't have to wait *6 weeks* for them to show up there, leaving average users vulnerable to security vulnerabilities.

I have seen them in the Update repo before Mozilla releases them.

Not everyone wants to install the Mozilla repo. I don't.

I just automatically update my downloaded and installed from Mozilla versions of Firefox and Thunderbird.

My SeaMonkey is installed from openSUSE so I can see how long it takes them to get the release out via the Update repo. Certainly can't provide support to users anymore with an outdated version.
