Seamonkey version as of 19th May 2014 and as of 20th May 2014 ? Auto-update enabled ?

I have numerous group lists (minimum 10 addresses) and have been sending emails using these lists. Recently, however, I received a warning that states "I cannot send the email because the list title is not a valid e-mail address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct it before sending the email". On 5-19-14, I sent out numerous emails using my many lists and on 5-20-14, I get the above warning. Can someone help figure this out?
