How to stop full screen mode on Mac?

Esc key does not help. (does nothing)
F11 key does not help. (dimms the speaker)
F11 key together with fn key does not help. (does something strange)

Quit and restart starts again in full screen mode.

How can I stop it?

Cmd-Shift-F
To prevent that from being done arbitrarily by web page code, change
this setting in about:config:
full-screen-api.enabled -> false
If your in Full screen Mode move the Mouse or Track Pad all the way to
top of the screen (imaging Bumping into a wall deliberately) you will
see menu appear in bright Blue
scroll to the right where you will see a box with two arrows <--> only
they will be diagonal / click on that and you will get out of full
screen mode.

If these groups would allow screen shots I could show you. Picture are
worth a thousand words. A short movie worth 10 thousand or more.

They do allow links to screen shots hosted at an image hosting site.
