I removed them.
I just noticed that the scroll bars in SeaMonkey are different. Notice

Umm, have they looked like that before? Or did temporarily installing
those themes somehow permanently modify the packaged Modern theme? Or
am I just losing it?
I had that to happen to me after I tried that new Fangled Metal Line
when I turned it on it was Black on Black with some blue. Worst than
awful. After I switched back to my Orbits 3 +1 the sliders all had this
rounded affect. There you to be a file you dump and would cure
appearance screw-ups when you tried different Themes it was something
RDF. One had to do it twice since I've used Communicator, Mozilla,
SeaMonkey.
