Why would you want to clear site permissions? You would be clearing all
the exceptions to permissions (such as cookies, passwords, popups,
permission to install addons) at one go. I cannot see anyone wanting to
do that.
I would do that if the site's domain changed, invalidating all the
domain-specific (site-specific) permissions.
But that would affect all sites for which you have exceptions, not just one.
