Implementation of the Data Manager removed the user ability to view cookies for all domains at once and sort them by domain, cookie name, or expiration date. That means you can only view cookies for a single domain at a time. For the PrefBar extension from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/prefbar/>, however, you can install the Permissions Manager extlist (which I call merely Managers). This restores the old Popups, Images, and Cookies Manager, each in its own window showing all domains together. It also restores something called Installation Manager, which I never use.
