Please try the same sites in Firefox to see if you are experiencing the
same issue. Most of the browser code is base on Firefox code, so if it
works in Firefox then it is easier to determine if SeaMonkey is the cause.

I wonder if perhaps you are running into this (supposedly fixed):

You can try disabling the cache as suggested:

1    Type about:config into SeaMonkey's address bar and hit enter.
2    Confirm you will be careful if a warning message comes up.
3    Search for browser.cache.use_new_backend_temp.
4    Double-click the preference name to change its value to false.
        This disables the new backend.
5    Restart the browser.

Give that try and see if it makes any difference. If it does not, then
reset to true. Either way write back & let the list know the results.
