Other than being able to shift up or down (and altering order of
execution), I'm not aware of any.
That said, if you have that many, chances are probably pretty good that
you've got a bunch that are rarely being hit, if at all.
If you haven't done so, you might want to enable logging for a couple of
weeks, and see which rules are being hit, and which ones aren't. For
the ones that aren't, consider disabling or deleting, and you might see
a little bit of a performance improvement.
