However, the Password Manager will not enter passwords into a Web page
if the user ID is entered into a prior page and the password area has
autocomplete=off.  This is a result of implementing only half of the
necessary changes to the Password Manager.  It will save passwords when
autocomplete=off but not use them.

I am sticking with SeaMonkey 2.26.1 until saved passwords can
be used when autocomplete=no.  See
