I tried manually entering the To: address as
me @ roadrunner <[email protected]>
and also
"me @ roadrunner" <[email protected]>
In both cases, the resulting To: header field was
"me @ roadrunner" <[email protected]>

I am sticking with SeaMonkey 2.26.1 until saved passwords can
be used when autocomplete=off. See
