I sign in to my billing account at

https://www.verizon.com/ForYourHome/BillView/ResMyBill.aspx

I remember when they first started this process a couple of months ago,
my password failed. So I clicked on "Forgot Password" and when they
asked for a new password, I typed in the old one and it worked fine.
When you use this approach, you have to select a couple of questions and
respond with "secret answers" but it works after some effort.
