Any idea of what they are ?
Go to Help -> Troubleshooting Information. There you can see all the
extensions that are installed, along with their ID, which is the
filename you see in extensions directory.

If there are extensions you don't want/need, you can uninstall them via
Tools -> Add-on Manager.
