Without the Save Passwords extension, passwords that have been saved
will no longer be fetched and used if the login Web page has
autocomplete=off.  Saving passwords when autocomplete=off was
implemented but not using them when autocomplete=off.

I am sticking with SeaMonkey 2.26.1 until saved passwords can
be used when autocomplete=off.  See
