I understood what you wrote, where you did _not_ include:

This is not the case when html specificity is *not* used, then the mail is sent in plain-text without asking.

You can analyze my reply to see if the size is increased ....
All I see is text in my newsreader, in the font and size of my choosing.

So all is ok ... and will be ok also if i had not put a part of the text in red. (the pop-up will not come)
