I recently became aware that my library offered access to many magazines via Zinio, so I activated my library access to them and created an account with Zinio. I am a linux user and find that the Zinio browser reader is not working for me in SeaMonkey, even with my user agent spoofed as FireFox. It does work in FireFox, so I am puzzled. It is possible that the problem relates to FlashBlock, but I have added zinio.com to the "whitelist" and expect it should work. Does anyone have zinio.com working in SeaMonkey 2.32 under linux?

Unfortunately Zinio does not offer a linux version of their desktop reader at this time, although looking at things it may be possible with some work to get it working there as well. The desktop reader is based on Adobe AIR, and while there is not a current release of this for linux there is an older one that can be installed. Of course it is possible that the Zinio reader depends upon features that were implemented after the linux version was discontinued, but I might get around to trying this as well at some point. Has anyone with Adobe AIR installed on linux taken a look at this? That could either lead me to do so myself or save me a waste of time if it does not work.
