In that case, it seems that the problem is application-specific limits on the capacity of graphical capture, and what you can do with getting stuff into the Windows Clipboard. I'm assuming that you're using the standard Windows Alt-PrtScrn approach.
Are you able to paste stuff into other tools that support graphics, such as WordPad?
If not, you may want to try some other tool for capturing, such as the Windows Snipping tool, or a third-party util, such as PicPick.
