On the site http://www.wlbz2.com/, on the right under the Heading "Watch
Now" is a small, rotating circle which presumably is where the current
offering of the TV station would appear. But it doesn't.
Am I missing some sort of extension or plug-in? Or some other feature of
my software?

Note that various navigation arrows within the site also don't respond.
