By the way, I find that kind of scrolling to be very annoying.  I use my
mouse to click on a link to open a Web page in a new tab, but I am not
quite on the link.  Suddenly, the page is moving all over the place when
I did not want to scroll at all.

I am sticking with SeaMonkey 2.26.1 until saved passwords can
be used when autocomplete=off.  See
