I have noticed that too as I use BluHell and have a shortcut to
specifically launch SeaMonkey in mail mode. I don't think the extensions
are not loading but the problem is specific to BluHell. BluHell just not
showing the toolbar icon when browser component is not first launched. I
also use ReminderFox extension and its toolbar icon is unaffected. Also
when the BluHell toolbar icon is not showing clicking a redirect link
that triggers the filter confirms that BluHell was indeed loaded, it is
just missing the toolbar icon. Probably should file a bug with the author.
