Hello, Mr. Mullen,

Finally got the chance this Sunday morning to boot into Safe Mode and
check out how SeaMonkey performed.

Still needed to go through double-page-load procedure - click on 'Open
link in new tab', then go to that new tab, where you have to hit
'Reload'. After page reloads, you can move down 'below the fold' of
page, copy text or images, save page, etc.

While working in Safe Mode, though, you do not have to reload a page
every time you switch tabs, or put laptop 'to sleep'.

Hope this info is helpful. Thanks, very much.

If the problem does not happen with safe mode, then it is probably
either an extension causing it, or hardware acceleration.

Hello, EE,

Well, IMHO, the 'double-page-load' procedure is a major part of the problem.
