What do you mean by "edit"?

Begin by selecting (adding) certificate(s) to be used. Without doing that, none of the rest matters.

Of course I can go there and try to edit. But still it's not possible
do add security exception (ticker is greyed). So Seamonkey can't
connect to the secure imap/smtp server.

Once you've specified certificate(s) to be used, the radio buttons should be enabled. Aren't they?
