I think I understand what you're getting at. The answer is yes; but the delay would probably be less 'extended' for the reason being setting up the Windows upgrade is a lot more difficult when it comes to getting the infra properly done (and it isn't just as simple as turning on the computer and installing the software as that'd be just a maintenance headache further down the road). So all in all, given the resources we have, we're really doing our best. Again, we really do appreciate everyone's patience.
