I disabled Adblock Plus. Now I can play the ad before the video, but
still not the video itself. What addon could cause this?

Also, the videos don't play on at least 2 of my PC's, not just one.

I would try disabling Flash and Video Download.
However, I'm at a loss if you have tried SeaMonkey in safe mode, which
disables all of those extensions, and you still can't play those videos.
Maybe try a test profile? Use Tools > Switch Profile > Manage Profiles >
Create Profile, Click Next. Give it a name, click Finish, click Use
Profile.
