Why is it that SeaMonkey and Firefox do not display this webpage
properly?

Screenshots:
SeaMonkey 2.33:

Firefox 36.0.3

Same link with:
Ephiphany Browser:

Opera Browser:

and of course Chrome & Chromium as the same.

confirming displaced layout in build:-
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
SeaMonkey/2.36a1 ID:20150311081138 CSet: d4d00354095f
Same results in tonight's build. (Correct layout in Epiphany).
12 Errors, 1 warning(s) to line#291, where W3.org validator, warns
"cannot recover after last error. Any further errors will be ignored"

Page claims to be written primarily for standards-compliant WebKit.
It renders okay in WebKit browsers, and not in Gecko browsers?
Rubbish page, or Gecko and Webkit are diverging from the common standard?
