A number for each port is necessary. So this preference should be "network.security.ports.banned.override", "110,995" in this case. Eventually a third number like 1025 (or another number) is needed to reach the Cbeyonds SMTP server. I did not found enough information on Cbeyonds SMTP server on the web to verify this number.
