When I go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ I'm getting

That's new.
Well, SeaMonkey isn't a Mozilla product, just one that is based on
Mozilla technology.

I am duly reassured. :/
OK they lie. Plugin check works with Thunderbird, but it is a Mozilla
product.
Being disavowed is sort of like being special, I suppose.
There's a difference between a "Product" and a "Project." SeaMonkey and
Thunderbird
are now Mozilla "projects", not products. Meaning, they are getting some
support
from Mozilla but are not getting programmers.
Or access to common features such as the plugin check. Yes, a lack of
resources is noticeable in comparison to years past. I can only imagine how it
is compared to FF or TB, since I don't use them.
