Get the Password Exporter extensions from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/password-exporter/>. Use a ZIP file application to expose file install.rdf, and update the allowed SeaMonkey version to your current version. Then, install the extension in both the source and target profiles. Use the extension to export all of your passwords from the source profile, navigating as [Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Passwords > Import/Export Passwords].
