I think Jonathan N Little answered that, and I don't have Chrome so I
have no idea why it works there.

That will work, or just loading the points page without its framing,
using the URL Jonathan found,

The only other thing to do is to let Clay Millican's web people know
their page is broken and doesn't work in Mozilla browsers. The headers
of the pages use an XHTML doctype which triggers standards compliance
mode in Mozilla browsers, but the pages are not standards compliant.
But AFAICT, his 'contact' page is broken also. Maybe tweeting at him
would do some good.
It does not work with IE either.
