You don't need to - just ignore the mar files. They are only intended for the automatic update process of SeaMonkey: my SeaMonkey builds have the update-url changed to the https://l10n.mozilla-community.org/~akalla/unofficial/seamonkey/nightly server, so if a new build gets posted, SeaMonkey will download it on it's own (or you can do it by going to Help -> Check for updates). At some point I did get tired of the process of downloading, unpacking and moving each time my build-machine did post a build, so I decided to turn the autoupdate-thingy on :) P.S. For some unknown reason, SM 2.36 refuses to send cross-posting posts.
