WHEN MAY A SOLUTION BE IMPLEMENTED FOR PROGRAMME NOW CRASHES VIRTUALLY
EVERY TIME IT IS OPENED. AN EMAIL WAS ORIGINALLY SENT TO YOU ON 6 JUNE
2015 WHICH TOGETHER WITH MULTIPLE SELF GENERATED REPORTS AFTER EACH
CRASH! SURELY I SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE HAD AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SOME
SORT? PLEASE HELP.

sea monkey crashes (latest upgrade) and is reported each time but do not
know whether this has been received or what could be causing the error.
