The troll's posting-host is: 18385d35d0e6503466bbcbd83ab61805 So, you need to create a custom filter for "Injection-Info" and then create a rule: if "Injection-Info" contains "18385d35d0e6503466bbcbd83ab61805" then "Delete message".
