All those hints also are relevant for support requests here.
"has stopped working" is too meaningless, and it's a question of
courtesy not to burden other helping volunteers research in your mail
header to find out that you use something like Windows 8.1 or Windows RT
8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2.
