Anyone else getting the same?

64bit linux build (near bottom of page)
Linux/x86_64
Linux/x86_64 .tar.bz2 (readme) (MD5 sum) (SHA1 sum)
tries to link to:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/2.33.1/contrib/seamonkey-2.33.1.en-US.linux-x86_64.tar.bz2
but that results in a 550 Permission denied error.
