I don't know exactly, he just tell me that he cannot manage his mailbox
under SM 2.12.1 (which is oldr than yours 2.17)
The Browser part of SM is working perfectly.
Hey, Ray, how did your friend move/copy the profile to the new
computer?? I seem to recall if it was copied via a CD, the files in
the profile would be marked as Read-Only and SM *needs* to be able to
write to the files.
Just suggesting. ;-)
He did not move to a new computer ...He let Microsoft upgrade his Win8
to Win10.
