Tina, I am far from a SM expert. However, I see that your question isn't
being answered, and so have opened a new topic to address your concerns.
(Your question might have been lost in the other topic where you were
asking.)
Here's what might help the experts better understand your issue:
--What is your operating system?
--What version of SM did you download?
--Where did you get that version (source)?
--Describe the steps you took to try to open SM.
