Bonnell, in your e-mail reading screen, do you have a "Compose" button??
That should be how you start a post here, then in that address bar, you
select the "[email protected]" address from your
address book.
When I try to display
a message in seamonkey list, nothing happens.
Other displays, including response to a message, print, and some other
displays, are OK. If it were Win7, instead of Win 10,
I could use the simple Win repair.. Don't see how to do that with Win 10.

Bonnell, I don't use the Lists (I connect direct to the
news.mozilla.server) so I don't know what you are supposed to see when
you do see what the list sends you, but I would suggest you have a look
at your settings at
View->sort by (mine is "Order Received", "Ascending" and "Threaded")
View->Messages (All)
View->Threads (All)
See if that helps!
