I installed the PrefBar extension for SeaMonkey from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/prefbar/>. I then downloaded the CSS Checkbox from <http://prefbar.tuxfamily.org/buttons.html#togglecss> and imported to PrefBar.
