Cleared cache and cookies and can now view a docx file if I do the following: 1. click on a .pdf file and gives me a choice to view in Acrobat or Save the vile. Opened in Acrobat. Closed 2. click on a .docx file and it gives me the option view in MS Word or Save. Opened in MS Word. Closed. The problem is I have to so Step 1 before I do Step 2. If I go right to Step 2, SM doesn't give me any option to save or view the file. It just sits there.
