This works for me. Thus, the problem appears localized at least to
Linux versions. I hope this helps finding the source of the problem.
With Mac SM, I see all the tab titles greyed out unless I choose
something specific such as "Passwords Only", then I can see the sites
that have passwords, and "Permissions" and "Passwords" tabs become active.
