Install the Toolbar Buttons extension from <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/toolbar-buttons/>, using SeaMonkey's Add-ons Manager. (Go to [Tools > Add-ons Manager] on the SeaMonkey menu bar.) Go to <https://codefisher.org/toolbar_button/toolbar_button_maker/>. At the bottom of the page, clear the checkbox for "Automatically add buttons to main toolbar." and check the checkbox for "Offer for download instead of installing." Then check the checkbox for Passwords and select the Download button. You will get a file named toolbar-button-f2d93a823a-1.1.1.xpi. Go to <http://addonconverter.fotokraina.com/>. Use the tool there to convert toolbar-button-f2d93a823a-1.1.1.xpi for compatibility with SeaMonkey. This requires uploading the file to the tool and then downloading the resulting file. Install the resulting file as an extension, using SeaMonkey's Add-ons Manager. Right-click on SeaMonkey's menu bar or tool bar -- away from any menu or button -- and select Customize. In the Customize Toolbar window, locate the Passwords button; its icon is a diagonal yellow key. Click on the icon and, holding your mouse button down, drag it to either your menu bar or tool bar. Then select the Done button on the Customize Toolbar window. No, it is not simple. But you are asking for a capability that is not inherent in "vanilla" SeaMonkey. -- David E.
